Cancellation Policy

INSIGHT INNOVATORS — SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking any service (“Session”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. SERVICE OVERVIEW Insight Innovators provides coaching, education, business guidance, and strategic advisory services. These Sessions do not include legal, tax, financial, or accounting services. No specific results, income, contract awards, or outcomes are guaranteed. 2. PAYMENT & BOOKINGS Payment is required at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable. Sessions must be booked through the designated scheduling system. Webinars may require advance registration and may include digital materials. 3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations 24+ hours before the Session: No penalty • Cancellations under 24 hours: Charged 100% of the Session rate • No-shows: Charged 100% of the Session rate Clients may reschedule more than 24 hours before their appointment based on availability. If Insight Innovators must cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the Client may reschedule at no penalty. 4. SESSION CONDUCT Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce the Session length. Disruptive behavior or misuse of services may result in removal without refund. 5. CONFIDENTIALITY Insight Innovators will keep Client information confidential except when required by law or safety concerns. Client agrees not to share proprietary materials, strategies, or Session content. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Session materials, recordings, frameworks, and content are owned by Insight Innovators. Clients receive a limited license for personal business use only and may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Insight Innovators is not responsible for Client decisions, financial outcomes, implementation, or business performance. No guarantees are made regarding success or results. Insight Innovators is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 8. WEBINARS Registered Clients may receive access links, replay materials, or resources as applicable. Sharing access, copying content, or distributing webinar materials is prohibited. 9. ACCEPTANCE By booking a Session or registering for a webinar, the Client confirms they: • Have read and agree to these Terms • Understand all sales are final • Agree to the cancellation/no-show policy • Accept responsibility for their decisions and participation
